Reliable Boards for Daily Kitchen Use

Cutting boards are an essential part of everyday cooking, and design matters. Our cutting boards are created with thickness, balance, and stability in mind to provide a solid work surface for regular prep tasks. Their construction supports repeated knife use while remaining comfortable to work on throughout the day.

Different styles and grain orientations offer flexibility depending on how you cook. Some boards are well suited for general slicing and prep, while others provide enhanced durability for heavier use. Choosing the right cutting board helps protect both your knives and your countertop while making food prep more efficient.

Finished with a food-safe beeswax conditioner, these boards are easy to maintain and designed to age well with proper care.

Choosing the Right Board for Your Kitchen

Cutting boards are built for prep and knife work, while serving boards are designed primarily for presentation and entertaining. If your main focus is chopping, slicing, and daily cooking tasks, a cutting board is the right choice. For charcuterie, appetizers, and display, a serving board offers a better fit. Many kitchens keep both to cover every use.

Care & Use

Are these cutting boards good for everyday use?

Yes. These cutting boards are designed for regular kitchen prep and can handle daily slicing and chopping.

Are cutting boards food-safe?

Yes. Each board is finished with a food-safe beeswax conditioner and is safe for serving food.

What’s the difference between these boards and end grain cutting boards?

Standard cutting boards are designed for general prep, while end grain boards offer a knife-friendly surface that’s ideal for frequent, heavy chopping. Both serve different needs depending on how you cook.

How do I clean and care for my cutting board?

Simply hand wash with warm water and mild soap, towel dry it immediately and then stand it on it's edge until completely dry. To keep it looking its best, we recommend conditioning the wood once a month. You’ll receive a care card and a tin of the Bee Restored wood conditioner with your board that includes step-by-step instructions.

Will my cutting board look exactly like the photos?

No two cutting boards are identical due to natural grain patterns and edge variations. Your board will be similar in size and style but uniquely its own.
