Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Quirky Pirate! We take great pride in creating custom, one-of-a-kind pieces for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom engraved items are not eligible for return or refund.

The exception to this is if you receive a product that is damaged or defective - such as a wood board having a split in it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. For any other inquiries, feel free to reach out, and we will be happy to assist.
