What is the minimum order quantity?
We create both individual awards and larger recognition orders. Tell us what you need and we'll recommend the best approach for your project.
How long does it take to make custom awards?
Turnaround depends on the design, materials and quantity. Include your event or presentation date in your quote request so we can confirm availability and timing.
Can each award have a different recipient name?
Yes. Awards can be individually personalized with recipient names, titles, years of service, achievements or other information.
What file type should I send for my logo?
Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF are preferred. High-resolution PNG files may also work. Send us what you have and we'll review it.
Will I see a proof before my awards are made?
Yes. You'll receive a digital proof for approval before we begin production.
Can you create a custom size or shape?
Absolutely. Custom is a big part of what we do. We can combine hardwood, acrylic, UV printing, engraving and other materials to create a recognition piece specifically for your organization.
